We Take the Stress Out of Purchasing Baby Gifts and Other Baby Products
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations
At Just Baby Gifts (the "site"), we believe that a happy,
satisfied, well-served customer is a loyal one. We seek to serve you
and provide a pleasurable shopping experience by providing an
easy-to-use interface, top-quality products, and competitive prices. That's why we offer a simple return policy on all non-customized products.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact
customerservice@justbabygifts.com or call us at (816) 396-8453 during regular customer service call center hours (see the Contact Us
section). One of our representatives will make every reasonable effort
to resolve the problem, including accepting returns on non-customized
orders placed within the most recent twenty (20) days. Refund will be
made for the cost of the product, less applicable shipping charges and
a 20% restocking fee (unless the return was due to an error on our
part, such as sending a product other than the one you ordered). You
will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Many
of our products are custom manufactured and / or altered. For this
reason, we are not responsible for errors resulting from customer
operations (e.g., misspelling an embroidered name or personalized tag
information, ordering the wrong size, color, options, color, etc.) If
you discover such an error and wish to make changes or cancel your
order once it has been submitted, you can contact us using the form
under the Contact Us
section. We will make every reasonable effort to discard or alter your
order prior to it entering production and, if requested, promptly
refund your money. If, however, production has begun, we are unable to
provide refunds or exchange. For this reason, we encourage you to
verify your order before placing it.
Please note that
if we receive the request for cancellation after payment has been
tendered, you will be responsible for paying an order cancellation fee
that will include, but not be limited to, the merchant fees, bank fees,
vendor cancellation fees, et cetera that we incurred due to your order.
For instance, if you ordered $200 worth of merchandise and you
requested that your order be canceled before the order has been
processed, you would be responsible for roughly $14 worth of fees and
service charges to cover our bank costs, time, effort, labor, and other
considerations. Your refund at order cancellation would thus be $186
($200 less the cancellation fee). Typically, the order cancellation fee
will be equal to the greater of $12 or 20% of your total order,
including shipping. We strictly adhere to this policy because it allows
us to keep costs low for all of our customers by making only those who
request refunds pay for the associated expenses.
Executive Offices of Just Baby Gifts
The company is headquartered at the following address. Please note that
because we partner closely with a handful of highly respected vendors,
there are no production facilities at our executive offices, but rather
customer service representatives, web programmers, accountants,
administrative staff, etc. Therefore, we are unable to accept walk-in
traffic. Please send all return merchandise to this office and it will
be tagged and returned to our various vendors by one of the associates.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Just Baby Gifts, Cherrywood Capital Group, LLC, its owners,
parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, members,
managers, co-branders or other partners, associates, related companies, staff members, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
information you submit, post, transmit or make available through the
site, your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation
of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another. You agree that
you understand that we make no guarantee, whether expressed or implied,
that your wedding favors will arrive by a specified date. You agree
that we are not responsible for any damages, tangible or intangible,
physical or emotional, financial or otherwise arising from your use,
purchase from, reliance upon, or communication with our site, business,
owners, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
members, managers, co-branders or other partners, associates, staff
members, and employees.
